A Visualization to Offer Healing to the World

 

Relax slowly into your seat

And feel the steady rise and fall of your chest

As you take slow and deep breaths

Let your thoughts drift from you

And your tensions rise as you continue to relax

I want you to now visualize a candle in your heart charka

Feel the light flicker and grow

Your heart gives out a wonderful pink glow

And you are surrounded by beautiful pink petals raining down on you

The soft golden pink light which now emanates from your heart centre creates a pathway

Which you feel compelled to follow

The route is lined with rose quartz and along the way you see all the people who are close to you in life

As you pass each one of them they give you their love

And you absorb this love

You feel kissed by angels

You have never felt so loved in your life

And as you walk on the rose pink path you see the clear blue skies ahead of you

You are walking towards the vast space and peace of the universe – it beckons you

Feel the love around you from your loved ones and your angel guardians

And as you turn and look at the earth

You see it is bathed in an orb of blue light

Encased in the love of the angels and as you add your love to it

You sense this is a place of such peace

Serenity, calm and perfection

The wars seem now so futile

Whatever ills you felt during the day are gone

All you have with you now is calm and love and universal oneness

Follow the pathway ahead of you as it brings you to a beautiful valley

A magnificent white marble temple lies at the heart of the vale

The route is lined with flowers of all colours

The sky is crystal clear and a soft breeze blows on to you

And as you enter the temple you know you have been taken here for a reason

As you walk the marble steps towards the entrance to the temple

You see a beautiful mosaic floor and there are statues of golden light,

Windows of stained glass cascade light onto the marble walls

The guardians of the earth live here and you have come to ask them to send peace and love to the troubled earth

Stay here for a few moments while you give them your request ……….

 

Its now time to return back to the here and now

Find yourself returning down the pathway which brought you here

and aware of the sound of your breathing
