Crystal Ball Visualization

Relax now and feel yourself sinking deeply into your chair, take slow and deep breaths pulling the breath into your entire body

Allow your thoughts to drift through your mind and place them in a little box which you hold the key to until you are ready to deal with them

Focus on the steady rise and fall of your chest and feel your feet touching the ground beneath you

Let them slowly sink into the ground and form roots which will anchor you and steady you as you depart on your spiritual journey

You find you are walking in a large open park

Green fields and flowerbeds stretch out in front of you

And the evening sun is creating a wonderful golden hue from behind the few clouds which fall on the horizon

Children are playing on swings and roundabouts

And a large lake is in view where majestic swans swim and people are quietly fishing

Huge willow trees create a cascade of branches which over hang and line your route

And squirrels and run up and down oblivious to your presence

Birds sing their evening song and an overwhelming sense of peace falls over you

You know you are on a special journey as you chatter to each other and point out the things you see on your way

A sweeping pathway is ahead of you and you notice in the distance a grand building

And you quicken your step towards it eager to satisfy your curiosity

You are brought to attention by the sound of a bell in the distance

And as you look around to find where the sound is coming from you notice it is coming from a small bell tower on the roof of the grand building

It beckons you closer as if calling you all to gather inside it

As you walk towards the grand steps which lead to the entrance – take a look at the building and take note of its architecture and its timeless elegance

Now walk up the steps and into the great doorway which leads you in there

The building is full of mystery and knowledge

But it is warm and inviting and you feel the need to explore

As you release your class mate’s hands you are drawn to the great and magnificent art work

There are statues and images and other artefacts which fill you with curiosity

Allow yourself to touch and feel anything you want to as you find yourself walking down one of the many corridors which lead off this great building

The corridor can be as long or as short as you want it to be

In front of you are many coloured doorways

Walk to the one you feel attracted to – it will have a gentle light coming from it and beckoning you to enter

As you focus on it you see it has your name written on it in golden writing

Touch the door and trace your fingers over your name confirming this is your room to enter

Turn the great door knob and slowly push it open

As you enter you find a magnificent room full of opulence and splendour

It takes you a while to look around it

More artwork hangs from almost every wall depicting people you have known and pictures from your life, survey the pictures

And notice to the right of you a huge stained glass window

The sun is behind it and casts wonderful rainbow hues around the room

The picture on the window will be personal to you

Stand back and look at it and know that there is magic and sunshine in your life

There are many books on shelves around the room and you feel this is a place of inner guidance and knowledge

You hear someone call your name and you turn towards the sound

In a quiet corner of the room is a table and seated at the table is someone who has been waiting for you

There is a chair for you to sit on and the person beckons you to sit and join them

Walk over and sit at the table which is covered in rich cloth, maybe velvet or silk

Your companion is smiling at you and immediately puts you at ease

In the centre of the table is an object covered by a purple silk cloth

And as your companion draws off the cloth you notice it’s a crystal ball

The rainbow hues from the window are reflected into the ball

Your companion asks you to look into the ball and that the ball will hold secrets to be revealed to you

You look deeply into the ball

At first it appears murky and all you can see is a white mist swirling in the centre of it

But as you concentrate your gaze you begin to see images emerging

These images hold the key to what has been holding you back in life

And in them lies the answers to questions which have evaded you

And offers valuable insight into the steps you should take next

You can ask questions to the ball and you can ask to see a glimpse of the future

 

Now its time to return

 

Your companion now takes the purple cloth and places it back over the ball

And tells you that it is there at any time should you want to look into it

But what you saw was given to you with love and you should only use it when you have tried for yourself to solve life’s mysteries

On the table are an assortment of crystals and you are asked now to chose one to take home with you

As you touch and feel each crystal one of them seems to vibrate in your hand

This is the crystal you should take back with you

Place it in your pocket and thank your companion for the insight and the gifts

Its now time to bid them goodbye

As you turn and walk down the corridor your steps are quicker and lighter than when you came up

Walk back out of the grand doorway and down the steps to find the setting sun now directly in front of you and a deep red colours the sky

The colour brings you back to earth and back to the physical as you walk towards it

And find that you are once again where you started from and aware of the steady rise and fall of your chest.
